Bring a body that wants to move and share this open space we're creating
for heart-centered freestyle dance. In this dance, there are no "wrong" moves.
Dance through a variety of music and rhythms. Surrender to the way your body desires
to express itself, and tap into deeper experiences of joy, ease and freedom.
No experience is necessary. Dress in comfortable layers and bring some water.
We'll leave our shoes, conversations & the rest of the world at the door.
$5 per session
Coordinators: Kathryn Joy Heim and Nancy Farr (996-2017)
& Nimmi Chandwaney. We're students of Soul Motion, 5Rhythms and other freestyle
dance formats, and we'll share what we've learned in these experiences.
