Vinyasa means to move in sychronicity with breath. Join certified yoga instructor Becky Studen in a yoga practice where one pose flows into the next with special emphasis on core strength. All levels welcome.
Yoga with Maureen
Dynamic Flow Yoga - Sundays 9am-10:15am
Connecting breath with movement while cultivating self-awareness is a recipe for deep relaxation and cultivating inner fire. This style is based in vinyasa flow and appropriate for all levels.
Take time to slow down and move deep within. Yin postures are practiced for 3-6 minutes at a time which creates space for deep muscular relaxation and works our connective tissue system. While yin is appropriate for all levels, it is not recommended for those who are in the later stages of pregnancy.
