Wednesdays, 9:00-10:00 a.m. $10 drop-in
COMMUNITY = a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals. Maintain or regain flexibility with a meditative practice of passive YIN (vs. active yang) movements for shoulders, spine, and hips.
